A clean interior starts with a vacuum. You can use an industrial vacuum or your household vacuum with its hose attachment. To get rid of any odors, sprinkle a little baking soda and then vacuum it up. Or apply one of the new spray-on fabric fresheners. You can also use the vacuum to clean your dashboard. But here's another option to pick up all the dust and lint: tack cloth (figure A). Buy some at any home-improvement store. One more tip: use newspaper to get a streak-free window. Simply spray the window with cleaner and then wipe it with a clean rag -- but leave it just a little wet. Then wad up newspaper and wipe the window until it's completely dry and streak-free.
