"Hollywood" Rick Yerger is a third-generation builder and certified home inspector. Since 2001, he has been a featured inspector on Home & Garden Television's House Detective series. For nearly a decade, Rick has run a home inspection services company (Building Specs, Inc), overseeing other home inspectors in Southern California. Prior to that he ran his own contracting and home building company and remains a licensed contractor in the greater Los Angeles area. With several decades of experience in the industry, Rick is a natural as the co-host of Finders Fixers on DIY Network.
