1. Using a 10" x 3-1/2" piece of light blue card stock, rip 1/2 inch off the bottom edge and fold up 1-3/4 inch.
2. With sewing machine, sew around two sides and bottom of fold to form pocket.
3. Rub "Miracle" or "little one" or other rub-on words onto pocket (figure A).
4. Use a computer to format and print details such as name, length and weight, and date of birth onto slightly darker blue paper.
5. Cut the birth details into 1-inch strips (figure B) and punch a small hole on each end.
6. Wrap strips around card and secure onto birth announcement using mini brads (figure C).
7. Attach label holder around the name strip (also using mini brads) to emphasize the baby's name. Between the name and date strips, wrap gingham ribbon around card and knot on side (figure D).
8. Rub "Heaven Sent" rub-on words on frame. Knot ribbon around side of frame and secure safety pin through ribbon (figure E).
9. Cut adhesive magnetic sheet very slightly smaller than frame. Cut infant photo smaller than magnet but larger than the frame's opening. Center infant photo on the magnet. Place the frame over the photo.
Note: Some of the magnet's adhesive will be left uncovered all the way around the photo to adhere it to the frame. Apply more if necessary, or use glue dots.
10. Tuck photo frame into pocket.
11. For envelope: Stamp "announcing" on artisan label sticker using the magnetic stamp set (figure F).
12. Slide colored safety pin with gingham ribbon through sticker and attach to envelope (figure G).
13. Stamp additional flourish on envelope if desired.
