Project designed by Sabrina Collins.Materials: mineral salts in 4 shot glasses--packaged in a wood box. (Glasses are reusable.) four 1 oz. shot glasses 4 oz. of mineral bath salts 6-10 drops of pure essential oils mint, lemongrass or lavender 2 Tbs. of grape seed oil or almond oil 4 clear bags some raffia hand of each: dried rosemary, bay leaves and lavender flowers 1-2 art deco cards or label tags and gold or silver pen small wooded box or décor box Mineral Salts in Shot Glasses - Mix ingredients in small bowl and then spoon into shot glasses.
- Place shot glass in clear cellophane bag.
- Place a few dried bay leaves or lavender or rosemary sprigs around glass for décor.
- Tie raffia tightly to the rim of the glass so that mineral salts do not move around. If you need, cut off the excess clear bag for a neat finish.
- With the remaining dried botanicals left over, spread at the base of the box for décor (this will also give off a nice aroma).
- Place the shot glasses in a box and with your gold/silver pen and tags, write the ingredients and usage, and place in the box next to the shot glasses. Write an inspiration or poem, hot glue on top of the box and finish off with hot gluing some embellishments.
