    The Ore Family

With one child, and another on the way, the Ores needed a bigger home...and, quickly! Owning land in Madison, North Carolina, they knew exactly where they wanted to build a new house. After research, the Ores were sold on modular.

They took an existing floor plan...the Columbia, a three bedroom 2,200 square foot design, and switched everything around to their liking. For example, the laundry room was downstairs on the floor plan, but the Ores chose to move it upstairs with the bedrooms.

    Quick Fact

    • A modular home can be an unlimited number of sections.
