The Papadopoulos' decision to go modular allowed their builder to get the house up and weather-tight in only one day. However, it was about four months of finish work that got them to where they are today.
The Papadopoulos HomeBuilder Tim McGrath decided to use recycled composite decking for their expansive 1,000 square foot stick-built deck (figure A). The oversized two-car garage was another stick-built addition (figure B). It took another couple of weeks to get the preinstalled plumbing and electric all connected (figure C).
The extra weeks of interior work were all worth it. The home would have taken over a year and a half to complete if it had been stick-built. The Papadopoulos family was able to design, have delivered and complete the 4,000 square foot home in less than a year.Their new home overlooks a pond, and their vineyard. The quality of the home is unbelievable.
