Stephanie demonstrates the best way to flip an omelet.
    Ingredients:

    2 eggs
    1 Tbs. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of milk
    non-stick skillet
    wooden or plastic spatula

    Preparation:

Melt butter in the bottom of a non-stick skillet.

Note: You can also use cooking spray to coat pan easily and evenly.

Whisk together two eggs, dash of milk, salt and pepper in medium size bowl.

Pour the eggs into the skillet and allow the eggs to set on the bottom of the pan. Move the skillet in a circular motion so the egg mixture will continue to cook and fluff up.

As eggs set, use a spatula to push the edges of the mixture in, allowing the uncooked eggs on top to flow underneath and make contact with skillet.

Repeat this process until all the eggs have been set. Fold the omelet in half and slide onto plate.

Note: Take it a step further by setting out fun fixings such as sliced mushrooms, cheese, broccoli, red, yellow or green peppers, scallions, etc. This way people can create their own omelet.
