Uses Mirrors on Dresser or Tabletop

    • Use a medium size mirror with a good looking frame for the base.

    • Line with votive candles and bud vases with single roses or flowers of your choice.

Tip: To get your flowers to really open up, place them in warm water, and gently use a Q-tip to separate the petals.

    • The reflection of the votives on the mirror gives off a pretty glow, and the arrangement is low, so it won't impair conversation.

Tip: You could also use two square shaped mirrors. Place a hurricane lamb on each one. These look nice on a table for a dinner party, or on a dresser to showcase perfume bottles or jewelry box. For the fall, pine cones make great accents for the hurricane lamps.

    • Kitchen trays are also great to use. Add a bowl of lemons, small vase of flowers and some votives for an fancy touch (figure A) for your table.
