Here are a few ideas for unique ways to wrap gifts:

    • Take a used cardboard paper towel tube and place a rolled up t-shirt inside. Roll the paper towel holder up in tissue paper and tape the paper together. Place small strands of ribbon on the ends and curl with one side of your scissors (figure A).

    • Use a regular brown paper lunch bag and place gift inside. Fold over the top edge of the bag and put punch 2 holes at the top with a hole punch. Feed one end of ribbon through one hole (figure B) and the other end of ribbon through the second hold. Tie the ribbon in a knot and trim the ribbon.

    • Purchase small brown coffee bean bags from your local grocery store --they are the perfect bags for gifts of candy, sunglasses, cassettes, etc. Cut a design out of a regular sponge and dip it in some acrylic paint. Take the sponge with paint and stamp a design onto the bag (figure C).
