Designer Pam Lange uses vintage look stickers to complement heritage photographs. The border stickers are adjoined with mitered corners to accentuate the unusual shape of the photograph. Materials: vintage-look border stickers, corners and accent stickers heritage photographs wax paper scissors or craft knife
- Place photo on a smooth, non-stick paper (such as wax paper or an empty sticker sheet).
- Cut border stickers to desired length, leaving a little excess to create desired corner.
- Place first stick and layer second border sticker over it, to create a cross (figure A).
- Use scissors or craft knife to make a straight cut directly through center of crossed stickers (figure B).
- Remove excess material from center (figure C). Remove stickers and photo and reposition on page as desired.
- Smooth mitered corners into place and press down to secure to page (figure D).
- Alternately, frame photo with border stickers and cover corners with accent stickers (figure E).
- Journaling squares can be embellished with adhesive corners that reproduce the look of vintage photo corners (figure F).
