Designer Desiree Tanner shares her ideas for creating family albums that capture special times without photos. - Instead of pictures, decorate paper dolls (here, Sizzix die cut dolls and clothing are used) for each event or special moment you want to represent (figure A).
- Create a special album in which each member of the family (including kids) can draw a picture and add special messages about other family members (figure B).
- Embellish a special album full of love letters from your sweetheart, or stamp the hand- and footprints of each family member into a single album.
- Remember the reason for the season and decorate an album in which you've recorded special holiday memories or reflections.
