    This page uses a simple technique to add a spectacular border to your page. The secret to success? A special double-ended pen!


    Materials:


    Round tip pens in various shades of purple and blue
    Fine tip pen
    Cardstock

    1. Take a fine tip green pen to draw stems.

    2. Use a round tip light colored pen to add dots along the top half of each stem (figure A).

    3. Layer dots with a darker colored pen, placing fewer dots than before.

    4. Take a dark colored pen and add a few dots to one side (figure B)of each stem as an accent.

    5. Use a round tip green pen to draw leaves (figure C). First make a dot, then pull up to make the leaf.

    6. Outline each leaf with a fine tip pen.
