Closet organizing system The first step in any project is to determine your layout. If you know the dimensions of the space, you can figure out what you want and can do. There are computer programs available that will give you a true sense of what your finished closet will be. - Measure the walls to figure out exactly where to put the new walls (figure A).
- Gather all your tools and materials and make sure you have everything you need before you begin your project (figure B).
- Prim and paint the new baseboards.
