The Memories Expo is a showcase for keepsakes and photo albums. Pamela Palm, of Offinger Management, says that lately, there has been a huge cry for products to help spruce up the photo albums from yesteryear. Crafters have taken notice, and so has the Memories Expo. The expo is open to the public and crafters are able to buy and sample materials such as acid-free papers, stickers, glues, etc. Everything at this show is photo-safe, and there are even kits to help crafters get started with this hobby.
Beth Hedstrom, formerly of the 20th Century company, believes that everyone should start preserving photographs and clippings. Because Dan and Deanna Lambson agreed, they began their nostalgic Keepsake Magazine. Their magazine is dedicated to sharing new ideas for keepsakes, and each magazine features a theme, such as a baby's arrival, a wedding, etc. The magazine also comes with samples of paper and stickers or letter art. Crafters who have computers can really jump on the opportunity to add a little pizazz to their photo albums. Wes Heaps, of Provo Crafts tells us how crafters can use copyfree clip art to color and print to make handsome pages.
