    Project designed by Mary O'Neil.

    Materials:

    rubber stamps
patterned tissue paper coordinating with rubber stamps
    freezer paper
    envelope
    double-sided tape
    iron
    card stock

    Steps:

    1. Carefully dissect an envelope to use as a template for tissue envelopes. Trace it on a heavier weight paper.
    2. Wad the tissue paper over and over until it has become excessively wrinkled. Spread out the tissue paper over the freezer paper, wax side against the wrong side of the tissue paper.
    3. Iron until the tissue paper and wax paper bond together.
    4. Trace the envelope template to the freezer paper and cut it out. Use double-sided tape to adhere the envelope together. Use card stock to create cards to match. Tie cards and envelopes into bundles to make note card sets.
