Materials:
colored pencils
plain photo frame - paper works well
ruler
hot glue or double-sided tape
Steps: - Measure along the top of the photo frame. Sharpen two pencils on both ends so the length of the pencils are equal to the measurement of the top of the frame. Glue or tape one sharpened pencil along the top of the frame and one along the bottom of the frame
- Measure along one side of the photo frame in between the top and bottom pencils. Sharpen two pencils on both ends so the length of the pencils equal the measurement found. Glue or tape one sharpened pencil to each side of the frame.
- Repeat steps one and two until the frame is covered with pencils.
