On this episode of
Home IQ, the Obergs (the homeowners) custom-built house starts to take shape. With nail guns popping and circular saws screaming, the workers begin to raise the walls. But, as the home enters the framing stage and the skeleton of the house begins to shape, the Obergs find mistakes and problems that impact the floorplan of the home and even alter room sizes. Plus, some new and innovative building techniques aimed at making the house better end up wreaking havoc on the jobsite, which creates some major challenges for the work crews.
