When wife Tami and husband Chris bought their 1914 house, they and their two little kids loved the historic character of the place. There were beautiful built-in hutches, maple floors, hand-carved staircases, leaded glass and then there was the kitchen. The drop ceiling was falling down, cheesy cabinets were delaminating and on the floor was indoor-outdoor carpeting, stained and frayed. We'll take it all out and start from scratch to create a kitchen that will do the rest of the home proud.
Our projects are rounding the final stages as we reclaim the classic style of this kitchen in this 1914 Prairie style home. We create a built-in cabinet for the refrigerator. Then the freshly painted cabinet doors are installed. Finally our traditional style kitchen gets a modern twist with the latest stainless appliances.
