Andrew Totolos upgrades the stereo of a Scion XB with a show-worthy amp and sub kit, plus a set of custom mounted rear firing speaker pods normally used on wakeboard boats. In essesnce, we to turn this XB into a portable outdoor party machine. First the upgraded sub and amp are installed in the area where the spare tire used to live. Pipes and mounting brackets get measured up with the car for a template. Then a little "Welding 101"--the pipes and mounting hardware get welded together. Finally the speakers get mounted into the Scion--and we rock the house.
