This episode continues with the building of the River Pass model railroad kit. Host Chris Chianelli and guest Miles Hale, a master model railroader, demonstrate how to add the plastic foam substructure to the layout. Included are techniques for gluing down the track and building up the plastic foam risers, access panels and tunnel portals.
