In this episode, host Jeanne Benedict shows how a small backyard and pool area can be transformed into Cuba, Haiti, Jamaica and other Caribbean Islands. Instead of the traditional buffet table of food, guests will get to sample hors d'oeuvres from the Caribbean, passed around the party via decorated trays. Some of the treats include Cuban Coffee, Orange Rum Cake with Coconut Creme Anglaise, Zesty Crab Salad in Wonton Cups and more -- and they will be served in many different areas, from a tiki hut to a terra cotta porch.
