 Guests are enjoying a yoga lesson by an instructor provided by their host at this Yoga Party.

In this episode host Jeanne Benedict shows party host Jeanne how to transform her sunroom into a yoga studio for one night. First up they create yoga mat bags for each of the guests. Next up a Zen "sandbox" centerpiece complete with bamboo flower holders that completes a take-away table filled with calming accessories for guests. During the party a yoga instructor will take party goers through several calming and stretching poses. When they are finished guests will dine on Toasted Pecan, Pear and Brown Rice Salad served in Hollowed Pears, Minted Apple and Jicama Slaw and Grilled Herb Chicken on Field Greens with a Smoky Tomato Vinaigrette.
