In this first episode of a two-show project, David constructs the top, drawer carcase and frame of a contemporary styled computer desk. Its rock steady work surface provides a large area for any computer and allows the user to position the monitor on a movable shelf, freeing up desk space for a keyboard and the like. Custom handles grace the front of each drawer of the desk. This is a contemporary desk that can serve as a reader's table, standing desk or computer workstation.
